Note: For home swim meets, swimmers arrive at 3:30 p.m. and warm-ups are between 4:00 - 4:30 p.m. For away meets, swimmers arrive at 4 p.m. and warm-ups are between 4:30 - 5 p.m.

Declaring Your Swimmers for Swim Meets

Swimtopia will be used to declare your swimmer(s) for each meet. All declarations must be made at least six (6) days prior to a meet date. (ie. Declarations for a Thursday meet must be done by the Friday prior.)

ASA Championship

Friday, June 26, 2026 at 4 p.m.

Give your swimmer the chance to compete in a truly unique environment at the ASA's annual Georgia Tech meet. Held at Georgia Tech's world-class aquatic facility, this event offers swimmers the exciting opportunity to race in an Olympic-size competition pool.

In addition to experiencing a premier competition setting, swimmers will have the opportunity to test their skills against athletes from clubs across the Atlanta area, making this one of the most memorable meets of the summer season.

Please note that participation in this meet requires an additional entry fee, which covers registration and meet-related expenses. We encourage families to register early, as space may be limited and whether we participate has to be decided by the 2nd week of June.

For competition in swim meets, swimmers are divided into different groups based on age. Boys and girls will swim in different events.

During meets, 9 and up swim groups DO NOT have a bullpen parent, and swimmers are responsible for making their events on time.
